Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 2. No history of upper limb trauma, no history of upper limb surgery, no upper limb vascular disease, no history of upper limb vascular fistula.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the drugs involved in the study; 2. Refuse to participate in the experiment; 3. Abscess at the puncture site.
