Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. fasting blood-glucose>=7 mmol/L or the oral glucose tolerance test>=11.1 mmol/L, clinically diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. Aged from 30 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Alcoholism (drinking more than 5 times a week, an average of 2 two white wines or half a catty of yellow wine or more than 5 bottles of beer); 3. Suffering from a serious mental illness in the past 6 months; 4. In the past 3 months, patients who received medical treatment for the following diseases: cholecystitis, peptic ulcer, urinary tract infection, acute pyelonephritis, cystitis, hyperthyroidism and other thyroid dysfunction; 5. Have undergone gastrointestinal surgery, except for appendicitis and hernia surgery; 6. Chronic, prolonged hepatitis patients, patients with severe liver disease such as cirrhosis or hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) positive with abnormal liver function (serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase is 2.5 times normal); 7. Suffering from IBD, Cushing syndrome; 8. Suffering from pituitary dysfunction; 9. Suffering from serious organic diseases such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke; 10. Have infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and AIDS; 11. Physical disability, or other causes of life can not take care of themselves, can not clearly recall, answer questions; 12. In the past 3 months, any medicine (including appetite inhibitors such as fluoropropionamide and thyroid hormones, progesterone, laxatives, etc. and various Chinese medicine ingredients diet pills) or surgical methods for weight loss; antibiotics used in the past 3 months; 13. There are obvious movement disorders; 14. There is no guarantee of sufficient time to participate in this project.
