Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Scores >=1.5 in the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General survey (MBI-GS); 2. Officially registered and employed nurse; 3. Suitable and willing to participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Without direct patient-care responsibilities; 2. Simultaneous participation in other similar trials.
