30 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women during first trimester; 2. Live fetus via ultrasound check; 3. At least have one of risk factors: (1) Aged from 30 to 50 years; (2) BMI>=24 kg/m2; (3) History of GDM; (4) History of IGT or IFG; (5) History of PCOS; 4. Able to accomplish regular prenatal screening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have abnormal liver and kidney function, have Hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, syphilis or HIV infection; 2. History of cardiovascular, hematologic, immune system or neoplastic diseases; 3. History of CAH or IHH; 4. History of other congenital diseases; 5. History of abnormal thyroid function; 6. History of DM; 7. History of anemia; 8. HbA1C>6.5%; 9. Psychiatry diseases or neurology diseases; 10. Unable to cooperate the study plan.
