Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years; 2. Patients with hidden cracks in at least one permanent premolar or molar (non-third molar); 3. Patients with cracked teeth without spontaneous pain, nocturnal pain and other irreversible pulpitis symptoms; 4. Patients with at least one of the following conditions: hot and cold irritation, occlusal pain, and secondary caries in the original filling.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe tooth defect and unable to prepare enough space; 2. Imaging examinations show patients with the following conditions: (1) Low-density shadow in the apical area; (2) The alveolar bone resorption exceeds 1/3; (3) The tooth has undergone root canal treatment; 3. Patients with bruxism; 4. Patients with xerostomia or abnormal salivary secretion; 5. Patients with a history of radiotherapy; 6. Patients with cracked teeth accompanied by enamel incomplete mineralization, fluorosis or tetracycline teeth; 7. Patients with uncontrolled periodontal disease or cracked teeth with probing depth >5mm; 8. Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 9. Patients with uncontrolled serious systemic diseases; 10. Patients who cannot maintain oral hygiene independently.
