Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the latest Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension, patients with refractory hypertension (RH) who were admitted to the outpatient and inpatient wards of the Department of Cardiology of the University of Hong Kong Shenzhen Hospital were screened.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary hypertension and tumors; 2. Patients with rheumatic immune diseases, acute coronary syndrome, acute stroke; 3. Patients with severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m^2) and severe infection.
