50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent radical gastrectomy under general anesthesia in Yixing People's Hospital; 2. Aged 50-80 years; 3. ASA classification I-II; 4. No history of immune diseases; 5. No history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 6. No history of taking immunosuppressants; 7. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to remazolam; 2. Recently taking benzodiazepines; 3. Serious postoperative complications; 4. Reoperation after operation; 5. Refuse to continue participating in the research.
