30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The range of body mass index (BMI) is 24-32 kg/m^2, the waist circumference of men is >=90cm, and the waist circumference of women is >=85cm. 2. Aged 30-70 years, no gender limit. 3. Regular work and rest is required. 4. Have not participated in a weight loss program in the past three months, and have a stable weight within three months (loss or gain <= 2kg), only drink water or tea, and do not drink any alcoholic beverages, juices, coffee or other beverages. 5. Possess the ability to use smart phones and basic smart phones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnose diabetes, coronary heart disease, severe heart and lung disease, and nervous system disease. 2. Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg in resting state), history of surgery in the past three months, use of beta-blockers, diuretics, control of blood lipids and steroids and other drugs.
