Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the diagnostic criteria for RA formulated by the American College of Rheumatology and the European League Against Rheumatism in 2010; 2. Aged range 20-65 years; 3. Complete medical records; 4. Have a clear awareness and be able to cooperate with the investigation; 5. The patients clearly understood the research process, methods and principles and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with mental illness; 2. Combined immune system diseases; 3. Combined with other joint diseases; 4. Combined with other organic diseases such as coronary heart disease, renal failure, etc.; 5. Pregnant or lactating patients; 6. Recent acute trauma; 7. Those who have recently taken hormone drugs.
