Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 7 years, strive for 50% male and 50% female; 2. Living at extra high altitude for generations (altitude >= 4500 meters); 3. Those who voluntarily signed the informed consent to participate in this study (Note: Subjects without independent decision-making ability will be decided by their guardians whether to participate in this study).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in the researcher for more than 7 days and live at an altitude of 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg); 7. Bradycardia, severe arrhythmia; patients with aortic aneurysm; 8. Severe hyperthyroidism; 9. Various situations that cannot be understood and cannot actively cooperate with the inspection, such as disturbance of consciousness or intellectual disability; 10. Heart rate > 120 beats/min or SPO2 < 90%; pneumothorax, giant lung cannon and not ready for surgery; 11. Patients with tympanic membrane perforation (the patient's ear canal needs to be blocked first and then measured); 12. Patients with recent respiratory tract infection (<4 weeks); patients with acute infectious diseases; 13. Patients with low immunity; people with weak body; 14. Because of other conditions that may aggravate the condition by blowing too hard.
