18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Possess surgical indications for posterior lumbar fusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in this research; 2. Moderate to severe sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS); 3. Obese patients (BMI greater than or equal to 30); 4. Mental disorders and drug addicts; 5. Cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with pain evaluation, illiterate, deaf-mute; 6. Pregnant or lactating women, those who plan to give birth within six months; 7. Vulnerable subjects such as those who are incapable of informed consent, without family members, military personnel, prisoners, and homeless.
