18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Patients with thoracoscopic lobe or wedge surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 2. Those who have a history of chronic pain or who have used analgesic drugs within the past 3 months, and who are alcohol and drug addicts; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Those with abnormal coagulation function; 5. There is infection at the injection site; 6. Those who are mentally abnormal or unable to effectively communicate and cooperate to complete the VAS visual simulation pain assessment; 7. Those who will not use self-controlled analgesia equipment.
