Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage was diagnosed by CT; 2. More than 64 rows of CTA or DSA examination confirmed the existence of intracranial aneurysm rupture; 3. The patient or family members agreed to sign the informed consent; 4. Microsurgical treatment of selective craniotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2. Patients with other intracranial vascular malformations, such as AVM, AVF, etc; 3. Patients with malignant tumors in the brain or other parts of the body; 4. Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with unruptured aneurysm; 5. Important organ dysfunction seriously affects the prognosis of patients; 6. Patients who refused to follow up; 7. Patients with interventional therapy.
