Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Glioma cases with surgical resection or puncture; 2. Positive staining of PDGFRA and P53; 3. The patient did not receive radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with undetermined tumor grade and unclear diagnosis. 2. Patients with infectious diseases. 3. Patients for which the investigator considers other reasons unsuitable.
