Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for Group A: (1) Patients between the ages of 18 and 75, with normal coagulation function, electrocardiogram and blood routine, and need to undergo fiberoptic bronchoscopy; (2) Imaging shows that there are lumps, and the clinical diagnosis is suspicious of lung cancer; (3) Patients with mass-occupying mass under endoscope during bronchoscopy; (4) Take the tissue for pathological biopsy, and the pathological diagnosis is confirmed to be lung cancer (squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma or small cell lung cancer). 2. Inclusion criteria for Group B: (1) Patients between the ages of 18 and 75, with normal coagulation function, electrocardiogram and blood routine, and need to undergo fiberoptic bronchoscopy; (2) Imaging did not show any mass lesions, and the clinical diagnosis was unilateral pneumonia; (3) Patients with no mass occupying under endoscope during bronchoscopy; (4) Patients with normal contralateral lung.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Group A exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with bleeding during bronchoscopy; (2) Patients who have received anticancer therapy (radiotherapy and chemotherapy); (3) Patients with lumps blocking the bronchial lumen. 2. Group B exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with bleeding during bronchoscopy; (2) Patients with bilateral lung disease; (3) Tuberculosis or a history of tuberculosis; (4) Those with a history of lung cancer.
