Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the TSC diagnostic criteria revised by the International TSC Alliance in 2012; 2. After regular treatment with 2 or more anti-epileptic drugs, the seizure-free state still cannot be achieved or there is still abnormal EEG discharge or mental and motor development retardation; 3. Received KD treatment, and the treatment and follow-up time of KD is more than 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious diseases of vital organs; 2. Parents who cannot cooperate; 3. Patients with serious missing medical records.
