55 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender is not limited, aged 55-85 years; 2. BMI 18.5-23.9kg/m^2, ASA II-III; 3. The patient has no serious heart, lung, liver and kidney disease, and the preoperative consciousness is clear, and the operation time is more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received mechanical ventilation 2 weeks before surgery; 2. Severe neuromuscular disease; 3. Combined with central nervous system diseases; 4. Patients should be transferred to ICU with tracheal tube after operation, Hb<70g/L.
