High-dose butorphanol pretreatment group:2 mg butorphanol was injected intramuscularly 30 min before surgery
control group:Inject 2ml of saline intramuscularly 30min before surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years, half male and half, 18 5cm, without major organ diseases, neurological and mental system diseases; 4. Tracheal intubation time > 30min; 5. There is no obvious abnormality in laboratory examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with drug allergies or allergic diseases; 2. Lactating or pregnant patients; 3. Patients with upper respiratory tract infection and pulmonary infection within 2 weeks before surgery, or antibiotic users within 2 weeks; 4. Patients who have used analgesic drugs within 2 weeks; 5. Patients with hypertension, diabetes, and endocrine system diseases that are poorly controlled; 6. Patients with obvious abnormalities in liver and kidney function, coagulation function, respiratory function and electrocardiogram; 7. Patients deemed inappropriate by the investigator to be included.
