Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the diagnostic criteria of related diseases through relevant auxiliary examinations in our hospital; 2. No mental illness, no language barrier, complete medical history, and high diagnostic compliance; 3. No long-term use of hepatotoxic drugs, and the screening result of chronic liver disease unrelated to obesity is negative; 4. Not long-term heavy drinking (more than 20g per day); Women who drink more than 10g per day; 5. Signed patients for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who suffer from mental illness or language barriers and cannot communicate with medical staff normally; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney disease and malignant tumor diseases; 3. Incomplete medical history information, poor diagnostic compliance or the patient refuses to sign.
