Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II grade; aged 18 to 65 years; BMI<=25kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Allergy to egg yolk or soybean (possible propofol allergy); 3. Severe lung infection or acute asthma attack; 4. Not accompanied by family members; 5. Anaphylactic shock occurs in the book; 6. Change the surgical method.
