Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Have sex, aged 20 to 39 years; 2. No oral use of systemic antibiotics or topical vaginal medication within 3 months; 3. All patients require clean menstruation for 3-7 days (follicular phase), no vaginal medication, no sexual life after menstruation, and positive for Mycoplasma (culture method) and (or) Chlamydia trachomatis (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay); 4. Those who agree to use Baofukang suppository for treatment; 5. Those who agree to use azithromycin therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Local vaginal damage; 2. Allergy to Baofukang suppository/azithromycin; 3. Patients with specific infections such as Trichomonas vaginalis, Candida, and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, or patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases of the systemic and reproductive tracts, liver and kidney dysfunction, or patients with severe systemic diseases, immunosuppressants, diabetes, or abnormal glucose tolerance other comorbidities; 4. Unwilling to sign informed consent and unable to cooperate with follow-up.
