Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Have normal capacity for civil conduct; be able to independently sign the informed consent for surgery; 3. The chest X-ray showed lung compression exceeding 30%; the presence of pulmonary bullae was clearly confirmed through preoperative CT examination or intraoperative exploration; 4. Preoperative examination and evaluation of cardiopulmonary function can tolerate general anesthesia surgery, no related surgical contraindications; no coagulation dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Coagulation dysfunction; The cardiopulmonary function was poor and it was difficult to tolerate general anesthesia; Patients with secondary pneumothorax.
