Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Greater than 18 years old, male or female; 2.Patients with Gram-positive bacterial infection; 3.Patients treated with linezolid for more than 48 hours; 4.At least one steady-state plasma concentration can be obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients treated with renal replacement therapy.
