Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both husband and wife have children for the first time; 2. The gestational age is in the second trimester; 3. Pregnant women aged 18-50; 4. Long-term residents, who plan to file and produce at this research site, meet the conditions for long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The father cannot participate in the research; 2. At least one parent has a diagnosis of serious physical illness or mental disorder.
