18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young patients are 18-45 years old, and elderly patients are 65-80 years old; 2. ASA classification I, II; 3. Patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with central nervous system diseases and mental diseases; 2. Those taking sedatives or antidepressants; 3. Alcohol or drug dependence (in the past 3 months, drinking more than 100ml of alcohol above 40 degrees per day); 4. Those who have a history of surgery in the past 1 year; 5. Those whose operation is expected to be shorter than 1 hour; 6. Participated in other clinical investigators within 3 months.
