Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The research subjects of this study are all from the healthy population of our hospital. In this population, the blood lipid test results are firstly screened to determine the hyperlipidemia patients in the healthy population; among the screened hyperlipidemia patients, the Individuals with the following inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the study cohort as the FH group and the non-FH group; 2. Inclusion criteria for the FH group: those who meet 2 of the following 3 criteria: (1) Serum LDL-C>=4.65mmol/L (180mg/dL) in patients who did not receive lipid-lowering drug therapy; (2) with skin/tendon xanthoma or <45 years old but with adipose corneal arch; (3) FH or premature ASCVD in first-degree relatives, especially CAD patients; 3. Inclusion criteria for non-FH group: patients with definite diagnosis of hyperlipidemia but not meeting the diagnostic criteria for FH.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years old; 2. Do not agree to participate in this research; 3. Combined with diseases such as hypothyroidism or nephrotic syndrome that can lead to secondary hypercholesterolemia; 4. Patients with confirmed phytosterolemia.
