Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of hypertriglyceridemia acute pancreatitis: triglycerides> 11.3 mmol/L or triglycerides 5.65-11.3 mmol/L with serum chylo-like, and xenophobic biliary and alcoholic pancreatitis; 2. The recurrence group met the criteria for recurrence: the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with acute pancreatitis disappeared completely after drug or surgical treatment, and all indicators were basically normal. They were discharged from the hospital, but the symptoms of acute pancreatitis reappeared and were diagnosed 3 months after discharge; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer; 2. Patients who died or gave up treatment during the first hospitalization. 3. Patients with missing general clinical data.
