Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II grade; aged 18 to 60 years; BMI18~28; gender is not limited; 2. Patients who plan to undergo general anesthesia on an elective basis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Abnormal renal function (blood urea nitrogen >=1.5 ULN, serum creatinine greater than the upper limit of normal); hypovolemia, shock or coma; uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure>90mmHg) suffering from Mental system disease and long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 3. Cognitive dysfunction; allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines or their components; pregnant or lactating female patients; history of drug dependence; 4. Used other sedative drugs in the past week; participated in drug clinical trials as subjects in the past 3 months.
