Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The experimental process can abide by the relevant rules, aged 3 to 6 years old; 2. Good health, no history of serious chronic disease or allergy 3. The DMFT of healthy children without caries was 0, and the DMFT of caries >=6 4. The baby teeth have all sprung out, and can cooperate with the examination 5. Lifestyle remained unchanged during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have systemic diseases (such as diabetes, kidney disease, autoimmune disease) 2. Fluoride treatment was given within 4 weeks 3. Antibiotic treatment within 4 weeks 4. Hormone and immunosuppressive therapy were received within 6 months 5. Oral infection lesions, gingivitis, periapical periodontitis, oral ulcers, acute pharyngitis, acute tonsillitis and other oral diseases 6. Other probiotic products (including probiotic tablets, probiotic granules, probiotic oral solution, probiotic yogurt, probiotic toothpaste, etc.) or xylitol chewing gum were used during the study period. 7. Children who need antibiotics for other diseases during the trial.
