Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to Nanjing University Medical School Affiliated Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2019; 2. Patients used vancomycin for anti-infective treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No cases of infection occurred during admission diagnosis or hospitalization; 2. Cases of preventive use of vancomycin; 3. Cases where vancomycin has been used for less than 48 hours.
