Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children or adolescents with a history of thirst, polydipsia, polyuria, low specific gravity and nocturnal enuresis; 2. The family has the same medical history; 3. There is often no edema and hypertension, but significant salt loss; 4. Refractory normochromic anemia; 5. Azotemia without protein and casts in urine cannot be explained by common kidney diseases; 6. The general dose of pyelography, X-ray imaging is not clear, often need high-dose intravenous pyelography and renal tomography. If possible, kidney biopsy can be done.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic renal tubular acidosis, 2. Hereditary nephrogenic diabetes insipidus, 3. Primary hyperparathyroidism, 4. Primary aldosteronism, 5. Identification of Barth syndrome, etc., 6. Polycystic kidney disease, 7. Medullary sponge kidney.
