Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 3 months to 12 years old; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or suspected history of other systemic diseases; 2. Gastrointestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, chronic diarrhea or constipation; 3. Previous gastrointestinal surgery or other gastrointestinal-related surgery within 6 months; 4. Oral antibiotics, such as penicillins, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides, macrolides and other drugs within 1 month before surgery; 5. Patients who refused to be enrolled.
