Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed as superficial esophageal squamous cell carcinoma; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. The thoracic surgeon and oncologist have assessed that surgery cannot be performed; 4. Sign the written informed consent; 5. Be able to receive regular follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Imaging studies of CT or PET/CT have any evidence of metastasis; 2. Previous history of endoscopic treatment or esophagectomy or radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Combined with serious diseases of other organs; 4. ASA rated persons with contraindications to anesthesia.
