Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult subjects (>=18 years old); 2. For patients with sepsis, patients with sepsis (infection or suspected infection, and SOFA score >=2 points) are selected according to the diagnostic criteria in the "2016 International Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock"; 3. Subjects must give informed consent to the trial before the trial, fully understand the content and process of the trial, and voluntarily sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Research subjects with missing laboratory testing information; 2. Research subjects with missing key clinical and medical history information; 3. The investigator considers the subjects who need to terminate the trial from a medical point of view.
