Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy group: 1. Healthy children; 2. Age between 3-14 years old; Idiopathic short group: 1. Idiopathic short stature children; 2. Age 3-14 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who smoke, alcohol addiction, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, etc.; 2. People who have recently (< 3 months) used antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, symbiotics, hormone drugs, laxatives, proton pump inhibitors, insulin sensitizers, Chinese herbal medicines, Chinese patent medicines; 3. People with a history of autoimmune diseases, such as autoimmune thyroid disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); 4. People with a history of malignant tumor or gastrointestinal surgery (such as gastrectomy, bariatric surgery, colectomy, ileectomy, cholecystectomy or appendectomy); 5. People with neuropsychiatric diseases such as epilepsy, autism, and depression.
