Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, able to read and write Chinese; 2. Diagnosed with heart failure according to the 2018 edition of the Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 3. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment; 2. History of mental illness; 3. End-stage cerebrovascular, liver and kidney disease.
