Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patietns were diagonosed as ischemic stroke; 2.High resolution MRA scans were performed within 4 weeks post the onset of symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-aathersclerotic vasculopathy; 2. Evidence of cardioembolism; 3. Evidence of >=30% of extracranial stenosis; 4. Evidence of brain tumor, intracranial arteriovenous malformations, arteriovenous fistulas, intracranial aneurysms, intracranial hemorrhage.
