18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old. 2. PS score 0-1. 3. Histologically confirmed oligometastatic renal clear cell carcinoma (the number of metastatic tumors <= 5 and the number of metastatic organs <=3) were not suitable for surgical treatment of local lesions, or could not tolerate surgical treatment, or refused surgical treatment. 4. Disease progression after primary treatment or previous first-line or second-line antiangiogenic therapy. 5. Life expectancy is more than 1 year. 6. There are at least 2 measurable lesions, including primary and metastatic lesions of the kidney. 7. The function of organs are good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously treated with drugs targeted at PD-1, PD-L1 or PD-L2. 2. Any known or suspected autoimmune disease or requiring systemic corticosteroids (equivalent to 10 mg of prednisone per day) or immunosuppressive drugs. 3. Known history of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) positive; any positive detection of hepatitis B or C virus indicating acute or chronic infection; evidence of interstitial lung disease, active non-communicable pneumonia or grade 3 or above pneumonia. 4. Other malignant tumors that are in progress or need active treatment. 5. It is possible to confuse the test results and interfere with any situation in which the subjects participate in the whole experiment.
