Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of diabetic retinopathy (including type 1 and type 2 diabetes) were not gender restricted, aged 18 to 79 years (including 18 and 79 years). 2. There are no other acute diseases such as diabetic ketoacidosis, severe liver and renal insufficiency, hematopoietic diseases, etc. 3. Those who have not participated in other drug clinical trials or clinical studies during the study period; 4. Diabetic ophthalmopathy diagnosed by ophthalmoscope screening or after ophthalmologic consultation. 5. Clinical research data, including basic medical records and clinical diagnosis and treatment information is relatively complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had other congenital eye diseases; 2. There are other diseases that may affect patients' eye diseases, such as vitamin deficiency, organic eye diseases, etc; 3. Patients with neuropsychiatric disorders and poor compliance; 4. Other clinical information was seriously absent; 5. other non diabetic lesions caused by retinopathy; 6. The researcher thinks that it is not suitable for clinical research due to other conditions.
