Painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients

Interventions

Experimental group:Initial dose of remazolam tosylate group: 0.3 mg/kg, additional maintenance dose: 2.5 mg
Control group1:Initial dose of propofol: 1.5 mg/kg, additional maintenance dose: 0.5 mg/kg
Control group2:Give the same volume of normal saline control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing selective digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment; 2.Age less than or equal to 60 years old, ASA i-ii level; 3.Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative depression, cognitive impairment; 2. Hearing or visual impairment; 3. Taking drugs, alcohol or taking antidepressants for a long time; 4. Those who have had a cardio-cerebrovascular accident, neurological sequelae, or severe liver and kidney dysfunction within 6 months; 5. Those with BMI30; 6. Those who are confirmed or suspected of being allergic to the test drug.
