Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than two pathologists re-read the films together and confirmed the diagnosis as glioma (ii, Ta, Level 1) and breast cancer (including triple negative breast cancer); 2. The selected cases were primary cases with matching frozen tissue, preoperative and postoperative blood samples (plasma and serum), frozen sections, paraffin samples, tissue microarray, DNA and RNA samples.
