Experimental group1:Induce 6mg/kg/h, maintain 1mg/kg/h
Experimental group2:Induction of intravenous bolus of midazolam 0.06 mg/kg, etomidate 0.3 mg/kg, 3-3.5% sevoflurane inhalation for maintenance

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Colon cancer was diagnosed by electronic colonoscopy and pathological examination before operation; 2. Aged 65 to 75 years; 3. Mini mental status check scale (MMSE) score> 23 points; 4. Know and Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with mental disorders or mental illnesses who take psychotropic drugs; 3. People who are allergic to study drugs ; 4. People with visual and hearing impairments ; 5. Patients with myasthenia gravis.
