Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. More than two pathologists re-read the radiographs together and confirmed the diagnosis as glioma (includingii, Ta and minor grade). 2. The enrolled patients underwent two operations, and the first operation underwent temozolomide standard chemotherapy, and they were provided with corresponding frozen tissue, preoperative and postoperative blood samples (plasma and serum), frozen sections, paraffin samples, tissue microarray, DNA and RNA samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with uncertain diagnosis.
