Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years; 2.Estimated duration of mechanical ventilation >=24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe chronic liver disease (Child-Pugh Class B or c) ; 2.Presence of chronic kidney failure; 3.Presence of neurological disorder; 4.Patients with drug dependence, alcohol dependence, mental illness, and cognitive impairment; 5.Pregnant women; 6.Patients with an allergy to Remazolam.
