Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Craniotomy under elective general anesthesia in neurosurgery; 2. Operation time >=3 hours; 3. Patient >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency craniotomy in neurosurgery; 2. Elective surgery under nasal endoscopic neurosurgery.
