Experimental group1:Target controlled infusion of remifentanil 1ng/ml in Follicular phase

Experimental group2:Target controlled infusion of remifentanil 1ng/ml in luteal phase

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 patients with laparoscopic surgery, aged 20 to 40 years; 2. BMI<24kg/m2 3. ASA classification i-ii; 4. No history of taking sedatives, analgesics, and no anesthesia contraindications; 5. No ovarian lesions, no history of uterine appendage surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airway; 2. Combined with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and pulmonary diseases; 3. Electrolyte disturbance.
