Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 70 years; 2. ASA 2-3 ; 3. Open heart surgery patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Local anesthetic allergy; 3. Heart failure; 4. Liver and kidney failure; 5. Drug abuse; 6. Psychological problems; 7. Reoperation.
