Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The previous history of ketamine use; 2.Ineffective conservative treatment such as M receptor antagonists, analgesics,a receptor agonists, and introvesical hyaluronic acid therapy; 3.Ineffective treatment of bladder hydrodistention or recurrence after BH. 4.Intolerant or unwilling to undergo urinary reconstruction surgery; 5.Bladder contracture due to ketamine; 6.Refractory recurrent ketamine cystitis with lower urinary tract symptoms (frequent urination, acute urination, difficulty in urination), pelvic pain, hematuria, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bladder tumor; 2. Can not tolerate lithotomy position; 3. There is severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and cannot tolerate surgery; 4. Poor compliance refuses periodic follow-up and signs treatment consent and research informed consent.
