Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic essentials of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China in 2019 by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and is diagnosed by CT or MRI; 2. First onset, unilateral limb hemiplegia, the course of the disease is 1-3 months; 3. Seat balance is greater than or equal to level 1, without independent walking ability (FAC=7 points); 6. No serious heart, lung, kidney and other related diseases; 7. The patient gave informed consent to this study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Progressive stroke; 2. The responsible lesion is located in the brain stem or cerebellum; 3. Those who have skin damage or infection on the head or lower limbs of the affected side that affect the application of electrodes; 4. Muscle tension of the ankle plantar flexor group MAS>=3; 5. Patients with craniocerebral trauma or malignant tumor; 6. Other neuromuscular and bone and joint diseases that affect physical activity; 7. Those with skull defects, metal implants in the brain, and pacemakers;
