Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Chinese adult patients aged 18-65 years with psoriasis, including male and female; 2) The manifestations of nail bed and / or parent material involvement were consistent with those of psoriasis (nail bed: oil drop like change, nail separation, subungual hyperkeratosis, and linear hemorrhage of nail; nail bed: oil drop like change, nail separation, subungual hyperkeratosis, and linear hemorrhage of nail); Nail parent material: thimble like depression, nail thickening and nail crispness, white nail, crescent shaped bleeding point); 3) Those who did not receive local or systemic treatment at least 4 weeks before the baseline visit and were able to take medication according to the doctor's advice and return visit regularly; 4) Before the baseline visit, fungal and / or new direct mycological examination and culture were negative; 5) Blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were in normal range; 6) Sign informed consent and image authorization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Received local or systemic treatment for psoriasis within four weeks before baseline visit; 2) Direct mycological examination and culture of fungi and / or bacteria were positive; 3) Pustular or erythrodermic psoriasis; 4) Pregnant and lactating women; 5) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6) Those who used other drugs that affected the efficacy of the study before the baseline visit; 7) Other situations that the researchers think should not be included.
